A successful transformation durably strengthens the capacity to act
A transformation succeeds fully when it meets its objectives while strengthening the organisation’s ability to decide, operate and evolve on its own.

Strategy, execution and transfer brought together under a single accountability, from ambition to the autonomy of your teams.
Two shores, one presence, one accountability
GDC operates across Africa and Europe as one integrated firm. Expertise, decisions and teams flow in both directions, with no distant centre and no execution periphery. Every engagement mobilises the capabilities of both sides with the same level of accountability, quality and proximity.
Access to headquarters, technology and financial ecosystems, European institutions and diaspora talent

Presence and engagement partnerships along the West African coast
This dual footprint connects realities on the ground, international ecosystems and the execution capabilities that critical transformations require.
Integrity is demonstrated in the way we engage
Sovereign transformation binds GDC too. It guides how we select our partners, frame our engagements, prevent conflicts of interest and organise the handover of capabilities to our clients.
Recommendations independent of suppliers
GDC does not base its recommendations on licence resale or on vendor commissions. Our choices are guided by the client's interests, constraints and objectives.
A framework agreed before execution
Scope, responsibilities, expected results, indicators, costs and fee arrangements are agreed upfront, so that each party knows precisely what it is committing to.
A conflicts review for every engagement
Every engagement is subject to a conflicts-of-interest analysis and to confidentiality measures suited to its context.
Reversibility organised from the outset
Where the engagement requires it, access rights, data, documentation, bespoke developments and handover terms are defined at framing. Handover readiness is verified before closure.
Performance-based fees within defined limits
Where a performance-based component is agreed, it rests on measurable results, a method agreed in advance and a cap set out in the contract.
Building capabilities beyond each engagement
Transfer is not only about tools and systems. GDC also supports the development of managers, operational teams and future leaders who will carry the transformation forward. Our paths combine learning in real conditions, support from our experts, and assessment of the skills acquired.
Building the firm with us
We look for experts able to connect strategy, execution and transfer, with real knowledge of the environments they work in. GDC brings together talent from Africa and Europe who share one standard: producing lasting results and strengthening their clients' capabilities.
